All orders are shipped from Thunder Bay, Ontario, Canada. Please allow 5-7 business days for processing, packaging, and shipping. Shipping time is separate.
Please note, Heart & Spine Books isn’t responsible for missing orders shipped via untracked letter mail, as we can’t track packages once they’ve been handed to the postal service.

As of October 11, 2025, Canada Post will be on a rotating strike schedule. This means that untracked lettermail WILL be sent out, but may experience delays that are out of our control during this time. To avoid delays, you may choose a tracked shipping option as we are able to work with multiple carriers.
