Refund policy
We currently do not offer returns, however, if you have any issues with your order please send us an email to heartandspinebooks@gmail.com with your order # and a description of the issue.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
We do not accept returns, but if an item arrives damaged, we’re happy to offer a refund. Please contact us at heartandspinebooks@gmail.com with your order details and photos of the damaged item within 7 days of delivery.
Once we’ve reviewed and approved your claim, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
If you haven’t received your refund after 15 business days from approval, please reach out to us at heartandspinebooks@gmail.com, and we’ll assist you further.
