Shipping policy

All orders are shipped from Thunder Bay, Ontario, Canada. The current processing time for orders is 5–7 business days. This is the time required to prepare, package, and ship your order from the date of purchase, excluding shipping time.

Please note that shipping estimates are approximate and do not account for unforeseen delays, such as those caused by postal service disruptions or other external factors. If your package does not arrive by the estimated delivery date, we kindly ask that you allow an additional 5–7 business days for potential delays before contacting us.

Heart & Spine Books is not responsible for missing orders shipped via untracked letter mail, as we cannot track or locate packages once they have been delivered to the postal service. For added security, we recommend selecting a tracked shipping option at checkout.

For international orders, please note that any customs duties or fees are the responsibility of the recipient.
